1.  Buyers are served on a “first-come, first served” basis.

 

2.  Our rates are non-negotiable.

 

3. We accept payment only through DBS/POSB bank transfers and Cash on delivery for Singaporean buyers. Buyers in other countries will have to pay via PayPal or another method chosen by us.

 

4. We charge a deposit of 40% before executing any purchase.  If a buyer withdraws his or her order at any point after paying the deposit, the deposit will NOT be refundable.

 

5. Addition to the point above:  However, if an item could not be eventually delivered to the buyer due to auctions being over-bidded or the gross negligence of red monster toys, the deposit (less any costs incurred in transaction) will be refunded.

 

6. For goods received in poor condition, red monster toys will consider the remedies on a case-to-case basis.

 

7. Although we try our best to accept and fulfill all orders, due to the exclusivity of some toys, limited stock as well as the unpredictable nature of online bidding, this may not be possible at all times. In the event that we cannot process your order, we seek your understanding and ask that you consider purchasing other items showcased in our site.

 

8.  In the event that there are inaccuracies, typographical errors, and omissions occurring in our item descriptions, we reserve the right to amend prices, details, and information on our site using our own discretion and without prior notice.

 

9. red monster toys shall not be not held responsible for any damages whatsoever incurred in conjunction with usage of our site and from the merchandise we sell.
