Just sharing what our buyers have been asking us since the beginning of time...

 

1. How much do you charge for your services?

Please refer to our rates section for more details.

2. How long does it take for an item to ship?

We ship out items ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS, plus minus a couple days.

 

3. Are you able to provide a definite figure I have to pay before I make a purchasing decision?

Not really.

 

4. Why not?

Because we honestly don’t know.  We charge buyers the actual shipping costs that we incur—if buyers want a FIXED figure, that’s fine by us also, we’ll just quote a price that ensures that we won’t be under-estimating the shipping cost—which means this price will be high.

 

5. How do I make payment?

Depends.  For Singaporean buyers, we prefer Cash-on-Delivery or bank transfer.  For overseas buyers, we will advise you on the payment method after each transaction.

 

6. Are you able to order from (any online store)?

Not ALL, but most of them.  Just check with us first if you are unclear.

 

7. Do you order anything from outside Japan?

Not really.  But no harm checking with us first.  We MIGHT have some friends we can refer you to.

8. Do you accept orders for stuff other than toys?

We’ve done… let’s see.  Magazines, dried curry, instant noodles, chopsticks, and spare motorcycle parts.  Yep.  (and we’ll be glad if you can help us add to these things we can brag about : D )
