To order an item from YAJ, simply email us:
- The link to the auction
- Your maximum bid
- Your name, contact number, email address and mailing address
- You need to pay 40% of the winning bid of the item as a non-refundable deposit, so please be prepared
- Indicate if you prefer for it to be shipped out ASAP (costs extra)

After that, one of us will contact you and provide more details. Please note that if the deadline on the auction you want to bid on is approaching (less than 5-10 hours left), we may not be able to respond in time. You may send us the auctions links even if you are ONLY considering (just mention it in your email) so we can be on standby.

there’s a few things to note:
first of all, as you can see, there’s a gap between the time you find the auction and the time we actually place the bid for you (you need to pay deposit first) so it’s probably better not to wait till the last minute (or even day) of an auction before sending it our way.
second, our deposit is 40% of the maximum amount you are willing to bid – good for you if you manage to win the item for less – but please don’t attempt to state a lower bid (thinking that you can increase it later) so that you can pay less deposit, or you think that stating a lower bid will make the item cheaper. It doesn’t really work that way, and while I’m OK with helping you increase your bid, the risk is we might not be around the computer 24 hours a day.
bottom line: just tell us the absolute maximum you are willing to bid for an item the first time
